The residents of Bërxulla protest again: the village will be divided in half
Even this Thursday, the residents of Bëxulla have come out in protest.
They are against the demolition of houses to build the Thumanë-Kashar road. They do not even agree on the promised compensation.
According to them, another problem is the division of the village in half, according to the project where the road will pass.
"We are protesting every day. Yesterday we were in front of the Mortgage to request the legalization of the apartments and the certificates of our properties. There is an inn, they don't serve citizens. They stay in the offices to do business. There is no service for the people. It is unbelievable, we have been protesting for 6 months, we have not received any response from the state. The village is divided in half according to the project and half of the village does not communicate with the other half, neither the school nor the health center. They can't connect, it's a massacre. We don't accept their blackmails", says one of the protesters.
