Director of the State Police: The person who attacked Berisha was never part of the Police

The director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, rejected Berisha's statements during the press conference after the protest that the person who shot him with his fist is a criminal police agent.
"Regarding Berisha's statements at the press conference where he claimed that Gerti Shehu is a criminal police agent, we clarify the public opinion that the citizen Gert Shehu has never been and is not a criminal police agent in any of the structures of the State Police. It was never used as an infiltrator, or as a source of information. The police express their regret for the statements".
He said that the mental health document was given to the media by his own family members.
