In an interview for Euronews, the education expert Albano Zhapaj talks about a video he has on his mobile phone of a principal in Lezhë abusing students.
He clarifies that the Ministry of Education also has information about this situation, but no measures have been taken so far. Zhapaj did not mention names.
"I have a video on my phone, where a teacher in Lezha beats the students so hard, fistfights with them, today he is a school principal, who removes him? Someone filmed them and sent them to me. They are animations in special structures. The complaint went all the way to the Ministry and nothing happened. It's from a few years ago, it's not current, of course. He continues his duties, he is still the school principal. He was a director even then and is above all out of profile. I can't publish the video because if I do, I'll take back what he did to me," said education expert Albano Zhapaj.
