Anton Skabona, the brother of 60-year-old Leonard Skabona who was thrown today from the second floor of the hospital "Shefqet Ndroqi" said today through a phone call for "News 24" that his brother had not received the answer of the buffer for Covid- 19, therefore seeks the reason why he has undertaken this act.

He states that he contacted his brother, Leonard Scabona, an hour before he took the ambulance and was hospitalized and that he had suggested that he not go.

Anton Skabona also stated that his brother had been discharged from Shkodra Hospital about 2-3 months ago, where he had been treated for mental health problems.

60-year-old Leonard Skabona was hospitalized on the afternoon of November 28 at the "Shefqet Ndroqi" hospital in the emergency ward.
On the 29th he was transferred to the first floor ward (above the ground floor) where he committed the aggravated act.

Regarding the reasons that led the 60-year-old to this extreme act, an investigation is being conducted by the competent bodies.

Excerpts from the interview:

Anton Skabona: I do not know the reason why my brother was thrown from the balcony. I spoke to my brother an hour before he was admitted to the hospital and suggested he not go. The brother lived in Lac, the ambulance went and took him there. He took the test and never got an answer.

Had he done a scanner?

Anton Skabona: The sister's friend talked to the hospital and they told her that we are doing Leonard's tests and we have not received any answer. The brother went today to pick up the brother who was thrown out of the hospital and gets no response.

Have you had mental health problems before?

Anton Skabona: Yes, my brother was hospitalized in Shkodra, but after he came out he was very well, normal. He was a political prisoner and was tortured.

Who did your brother live with?

Anton Skabona: He lived only in his parents' house. Both boys and his ex-wife live in Belgium, but he communicated with them every day.

In çvit was your brother hospitalized?

Anton Skabona: This year, two or three months ago, he was hospitalized.

How long has it been cured for mental health issues?

Anton Scabona: He was cured for a month and he is fine.

What do you want from the hospital?

Anton Scabona: I want to know why my brother was thrown out of the hospital.
