Mayor Veliaj and German President Steinmeier visit the "Sami

The President of Germany, Frank Walter Steinmeier, together with the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, visited the premises of the "Sami Frashëri" gymnasium this afternoon, on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the German language laboratory. The headmistress of the school "Sami Frashëri" presented the German President with a certificate of appreciation for the cooperation in the German project that the gymnasium offers.

Also, the mayor Veliaj and the German President saw closely the exhibition made by the students "School in the time of Communism".

During his visit, the President of Germany, Frank Walter Steinmeier was also accompanied by representatives of the Regional Office for Youth Cooperation (Ryco) as well as representatives of GIZ Albania.
