The plenary session of the week has started inside the Assembly hall, but tensions continue outside.
After the clash with the Guard, the democratic deputies who were not allowed to enter the Assembly, are sitting cross-legged outside the building.
It is about the deputies excluded from the plenary sessions such as Flamur Noka, Dash Sula and Albana Vokshi due to the tensions they created last time, but also for blocking the roads during the Civil Disobedience protest.
