The counting of the votes of the DP primaries has been completed.
Tirana goes to a runoff between Belind Këlliç and Ilir Alimehmet. In about 8,500 valid ballots, Kelliçi received 4,040 votes, Ilir Alimehmeti 2,196 votes and Gerti Bogdani 1,819 votes. So Kelliçi did not get more than 50%.
In Shkodër and Elbasan, Bardh Spahia (current mayor) and Luciano Boçi have been confirmed.
