The name of the presidential candidate would be discussed today at the meeting of the Law Commission. As the second round burned without any candidates, the meeting lasted only 3 minutes. The report will be passed to the Assembly which will meet only formally as there is no candidate to vote.
The Socialist Party has left the proposals in the hands of the opposition in the first 3 rounds for presidential candidate.
If by then the opposition has not submitted any names, then the SP will announce the candidates.
