The Municipal Police calls on the citizens to vacate the streets and alleys within the route where the high state dignitaries will pass and stay, as well as the red zone, within which for security reasons, parking and movement with vehicles will not be allowed on the 6 December.

"In implementation of the security measures, established in the joint plan of measures with the Tirana Road Police, designed to guarantee the EU Summit, which will take place on December 6 in Tirana, the services of the Municipal Police and those of the Traffic Police, after the installation of temporary stop signs by the Municipality of Tirana, as well as after the notices placed on all parked vehicles, are clearing the streets and alleys within the route where the high state dignitaries will pass and stay, as well as the red zone , within which, for security reasons, parking and movement with vehicles will not be allowed on December 6", the announcement states.

The police ask for the understanding of the citizens, as otherwise the vehicles will be moved with carts.

"Thanking the citizens for their understanding, we ask them again to move their private vehicles, which are still parked within this red zone, as otherwise they will be moved with a lift by the police services, as well as to limit how many to beat the movement by vehicle in the city, on December 6", it is stated in the announcement of the Municipal Police.
