The population and housing census process has started this Monday, under the organization of the Institute of Statistics of Albania. The census will last for 6 weeks and will close on October 26, while the first data will be presented in June 2023.
Unlike any previous census, this time the entire questionnaire will be conducted online, via tablet.
The census will provide data on the resident population, on demographic and social characteristics, data on housing, health, employment and others. The questionnaires have eight modules and 100 questions.
