Disqualified by KED, Appeal returns to the race for "Constitutional"

The Administrative Court of Appeals has returned the disqualified candidate, Zhaklina Peto, to the race for the Constitutional Court.

Candidate Peto was disqualified from running for a seat on the Constitutional Court by the Judicial Appointments Council.

Meanwhile, the Appeal overturned the decision of KED on October 5, which stopped Peto's candidacy for non-fulfillment of legal conditions.

According to the decision of the Appeal, KED must reconsider its candidacy.

On Friday, the Administrative Appeal overturned the KED's decision to ban Eugen Papandilen from running.
