The Kukës Bridge has been opened for movement for all citizens, thus significantly facilitating the passage to Kosovo.
It has a total length of 310 meters, while the metal arch has a base of 270 meters, a height of 56 meters. The bridge will have 4 lanes, in both directions of movement with intermediate traffic dividers and steel cables that are fixed from the foundation to the arch of the bridge.
"THE BIG KUKES BRIDGE IS OPENED, an impressive work, which finally frees traffic jammed for years and gives a meaningful answer to all the cuckoos who filled social networks with the bile of fake news, while the accesses of the surrounding communities were also being secured" , writes Prime Minister Edi Rama.
