Me këto fjalë Presidentja dhe themeluesja e festivalit të Vokalit Operistik, Zana Cela ka përshëndetur festivalin që nis sonte në sallën e Teatrit Kombëtar të Operës dhe Baletit dhe transmetohet të Top Channel.
Pas rreth 300 aplikimesh nga e gjithë bota, juria në përbërje të së cilës janë drejtues të Operave europiane dhe agjenci menaxhimi këngëtarësh ka bërë përzgjedhjen paraprake dhe në netët finale do konkurrojnë 16 artistë. Nata e sotme është vetëm për konkurentët dhe jurinë, ku në qetësinë e duhur këngëtarët do të vlerësohen teknikisht. Kurse dy netët e tjera do të jenë të ndërtuara në formën e spektaklit, i cili në sajë të bashkëpunimit me Top Channel, gjatë të dyja netëve do të mund të shihet dhe nga shikuesi i gjerë televiziv, me regjinë e Redi Trenit.
Dirigjenti i orkestrës dhe gjithashtu Drejtor Artistik i Festivalit vjen nga Anglia dhe është i mirënjohuri Martin Andre, tashmë një nga emrat bazë të festivalit, . Prezantuese e festivalit, ashtu si dhe një vit më parë është një emër i lidhur ngushtësisht me "Marie Krajën", sopranoja e njohur shqiptare Enkeleda Kamani. Ajo ka triumfuar në këtë skenë në vitin 2015 dhe prej aty nisi një karrierë të shkëlqyer ndërkombëtare. Tashmë Kamani rikthehet në këtë skenë si prezantuese, por dhe për të kënduar. Në një rol të veçantë në prezantim, festivalit këtë vit i është bashkuar gazetari dhe moderatori i njohur Blendi Salaj ndërsa Vikena Kamenica, përveçse anëtare jurie do të ketë një rol special.

Well-known names such as Aurela Gaçe, Eneda Tarifa, Venera Lumani, Lind Islami, Kamela Islamaj, Era Rusi, Elhaida Dani and Juliana Pasha will sing alongside the operatic singers in the competition and without a doubt this will be one of the most anticipated parts of this show. .
