This morning, the Prime Minister started the day by bringing back once again the images of what the Tourist Port of Durrës will look like. In recent days, the Meta-Berisha opposition has called on Albanians not to buy houses and properties, because this is a fraudulent project, meanwhile, "Euronews Albania" has brought an interview of the founder of the "Emaar Properties" group, Mohamed El Alabbar, who says that construction starts in three months and also talks about house prices.

"I really like what I do. I start before the deal. We had a master plan. We have done the design of the buildings even though we were waiting for the agreement that was signed yesterday, but the construction can start within 2 months, maximum can go to 3 months and we can start the construction,” he said.

According to him, the investment with an initial value of 2 billion dollars can even be increased. "It is estimated up to 2 billion dollars or euros, but while we have been working on it we are improving some details and I think this figure may even exceed 2 billion."

But what will not increase according to him are the prices which will be suitable for the economic level of Albania.

"We are in Albania, so the prices will be adapted to Albania. There will be a difference between those residences or spaces that look at the sea or the marina and it also depends on the quality. There will be a price variation, but still staying at the level of Albania. We have studied the market for several years."
