The Ukrainian MP submitted to the parliament a draft law on the recognition of Kosovo's independence. Oleksiy Goncharenko writes: "I submitted to the Parliament of Ukraine a draft law that recognizes the independence of Kosovo. Ukraine shares Western values and will support democracy anywhere in the world. I hope that Ukraine will recognize the independence of Kosovo as soon as possible".
Ukraine has refused to recognize Kosovo all these years, but despite this, Kosovo imposed sanctions on Russia after the invasion of Ukraine.
