President Joe Biden delivered his speech after Donald Trump's victory. Biden says the American people deserve a peaceful and orderly transition.
"I know for some people it's time to win. For others, it is a time of loss. Campaigns are races, competing visions. The country chooses one or the other, we accept the choice the country made," said Biden.
