In this building there is also emergency service on standby, cleaning of common areas and opportunities for recreational activities.
The village was inaugurated in via Baracca 48 Novoli-Senior Housing, an innovative project by Vivismart, promoted by the Co&So Consortium in the large property owned by an individual who has been confiscated.
This building aims to respond to the needs of the aging population.
The building has a total of 37 apartments. Some have two rooms and some three. There is natural lighting, a cooking kitchen and wifi of course.
How much does it cost?
Rents range from 1,265 to 1,470 euros, depending on the type of apartment from 50 to 70 square meters. The offer includes rent, including condominium fees and many basic services on the social and health front.
