Kamala Harris has jumped to a 3-point lead over former President Donald Trump after gaining ground on key issues.
The poll, conducted by NPR, PBS and Marist, found Harris leading Trump 51% to 48%, but clarified that the difference is within the margin of error.
According to the poll, Trump still holds a substantial 6-point lead when it comes to illegal immigration.
Meanwhile, Harris leads on abortion by 15 points and on the economy.
The Marist poll was conducted from August 1-4 and reported a margin of error of 3.4%.
