Threatened President Mattarella! Italian police are investigating 11 people, one

For several months, Italian President Sergio Mattarella has received threats and insults on social networks, an act that is illegal under the Italian Constitution. As senders of threats and insults, the Italian police arrested yesterday 11 people, among them an Albanian citizen, but also a lecturer who is known for his radical right-wing attitudes.

Italian law enforcement officials say they have arrested 11 people in Rome, Latina, Padua, Bologna, Trento, Perugia and Turin. The arrested Albanian is a 56-year-old citizen with the initials AK, an electrician who lives in Genoa with his family for many years.

According to the Italian Prosecution, since April 2020, on social networks, these citizens have used insulting terms for the head of the Italian state and have expressed the desire for him to be killed. As material evidence, 11 mobile phones of the detainees were confiscated, as well as some tablets and computers that were used for the above-mentioned acts.
