Bad weather in Barcelona has flooded the road and high intensity rains continue. Local authorities have advised parents not to go to pick up their children from school. First, they may endanger their lives and the lives of the children, and secondly, schools are considered a safe place. Teachers and staff have been ordered to stay in institutions to avoid crossing the flooded streets.
Protecció Civil (Civil Protection) has warned this morning of high intensity of rain, in some cases accompanied by hail.
