Germany and the US have decided to send battle tanks to Ukraine. A decision that was not well received by Moscow.
In an official reaction, represented by the Kremlin spokesman, the supply of arms to Ukraine is seen as direct participation in the conflict. So as a declaration of war.
"In Moscow we see this as a direct participation in the conflict," Dmitry Peskov said.
"Capitals in Europe and Washington regularly make statements that the supply of various types of weapons, including tanks, is in no way participation in hostilities.
