Edi Rama cut off for the accusations that connect him with the former FBI official: Case investigated by American justice

Edi Rama was blunt today in front of journalists who asked him about the former senior FBI official, Charles McGonigal, arrested by American justice, for whom in our country there were accusations from the opposition that he was related to the prime minister.
Rama said this is not even an issue worth discussing and did not leave without drawing a parallel between Albanian and American justice:
"This is a non-issue because it is a matter investigated by the American judiciary, which does not issue decisions on murder without perpetrators, or on negligent homicide when the murders are committed from the windows of state institutions and does not blame anyone. In the concrete case, there is zero accusation and zero connection between the issue being discussed and me or the government of Albania. Zero," said Rama after the meeting with SP leaders in the districts at the pink headquarters.
