The Assembly approves the opening of files, what the law provides

With 72 votes in favor, the majority approved in today's session of the Assembly the new law on the declassification of the files of the former Insurance as a state secret.
Through this much-debated law, the way is opened for the opening of files considered secret until now of the State Security.
What the law provides
This law provides that the Prime Minister and the President will have the right to classify information.
But he does not exclude from this right any citizen who can request through the institutions to have access to the files of the former Security.
Those documents related to international relations and the national security of the country are excluded from this law.
