Race for the Municipality/ Dalipi: Veliaj has not divided the citizens into left and right, he has made decisions for the unrepresented part as well

The mayor of Tirana district, Aldrin Dalipi, has spoken about the May 14 elections and the race for the Municipality of Tirana. He said in the show "Black and White" that Erion Veliaj has not divided the citizens into left and right, while he emphasized the challenges such as the pandemic and the earthquake. Dalipi stated that 43 new schools, 7 kindergartens and 4 nurseries have been built in Tirana with European Union standards. He also stopped at the project for the new neighborhood in "Maji", stressing that Veliaj has made decisions for that part of the citizens that has not been represented.
“Në Tiranë janë bërë 43 shkolla të reja që është një shifër e jashtëzakonshme sipas standardeve më të mira të BE. Janë ndërtuar 7 kopshte dhe 4 çerdhe të reja. Zoti Veliaj atë që e ka thënë e ka bërë. Projekti i 5 Majit është një projekt zhvillimor. Kanë bërë edhe atë që nuk e bëri opozita. Mori vendime edhe për atë pjesë të qytetarëve që nuk ishte e përfaqësuar.
Tirana is the center of economic development of the country. The numbers are very significant. Tirana is a model of the future and we will continue this model. No one accepts you to be the capital of youth without meeting certain standards. Today it is the city of sports. Today Tirana has much better standards in urban transport. There is a very good plan that will continue. I believe we will have concrete results. Today in Tirana we have more bike lanes that we didn't have before. We must be clear. This thing will not stop. Tirana is very different from what it used to be," he said.
