Traveled 260 km from Prishtina for the 111th anniversary of Albania's Independence, Erzen Zyberaj receives a medal from the Municipality of Tirana
The Albanian from Kosovo, Erzen Zyberaj, who undertook his adventure on the occasion of the 111th anniversary of Albania's independence, traveling 260 kilometers from Pristina to Tirana, arrived in the capital today.
He was received by the vice-mayor of the Municipality of Tirana Andi Seferi, who also awarded him a medal. "I am very happy for the respect from the Municipality of Tirana. Normally, it is very challenging due to the climatic conditions we encountered, but we succeeded", emphasized Zyberaj.
He also said that the run from Prishtina to Tirana for the 111th anniversary of independence has an extraordinary symbolism. Zyberaj left yesterday morning from "Skënderbej" square in Pristina to arrive today in the square with the same name in Tirana, where the parade of Albanians from all over the world took place for the first time.
