Vucic: Nobody from Serbia will be in Tirana on December 6

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has stated that neither he nor any representative of Belgrade will participate in the December 6 EU-Western Balkans Summit in Tirana.

"No one from Serbia will be in Tirana on December 6", said Vucic.

He reacted strongly to the appointment of the chairman of the Progressive Democratic Party in Graçanica, Nenad Rashič, to the post of Minister for Return and Communities in the government of Kosovo.

"Rashič does not have the trust of anyone in Kosovo, but only of Albin Kurti and the West, and they think that this is how they can intimidate the Serbs", he added.

The appointment of minister Rashič was made after the resignation of former minister Goran Rakič from the ranks of the Serbian List. The resignation followed the disagreements of Serbian representatives in the north of Kosovo with the government's decision to convert car license plates issued by Serbia.
