Australian flu arrives in Italy

In recent days, the first cases of the A-H3N2 flu, commonly called the Australian flu, have been isolated in various Italian regions. Meanwhile in Australia this is the second worst flu wave in the last decade, with over 15 million people infected.

So what is H3N2?

It is a subtype of influenza virus A. Every year in the winter season it circulates as a mixture of flu viruses. The flu will spread further when the cold becomes intense and prolonged. This flu in the most severe cases tends to affect the brain. The symptoms are similar to the flu, lightning, temperature, fever. But the good news is that there is a vaccine for it.

In Albania, there is still no information on whether this flu has arrived here.
