How Jennifer Aniston's 15 x 3 workout works to stay in shape
Jennifer Aniston just turned 54 and is in great shape for her age. To be like that, she trains every day, yoga, Pilates, but above all with her 15-15-15 method.
It is a mixture of three disciplines that keep the heart healthy, without much effort and with a lot of smiles.
“I had an injury last fall and for a while I only practiced Pilates, which I love. But you know it doesn't make you sweat and I missed the more physical side of the sport. So I'm back to my 15-15-15 method," Aniston said in an interview with InStyle.
So what is the 15-15-15 method?
15 are the minutes that Aniston devotes to each discipline, which is part of her sports diet: 15 minutes of pedaling on a stationary bike, 15 minutes on the elliptical machine and 15 minutes on the treadmill. In total, 45 minutes of cardio without getting bored and training different muscles on each machine. But those are not the only benefits of this type of training.

15 minutes is the right amount of time to devote to each tool. You warm up, you exercise, but without getting too tired and above all without getting bored. However, remember that it is always good, before starting the session, to do at least ten minutes of warm-up of the muscles with preparatory stretching.
