Chris Evans is a mom, and she helped him become a Hollywood star
41-year-old Captain America Chris Evans has a special bond with his mother, Lisa. He even dedicates his entire career to her.
Artistic talent runs in this family thanks to his mother. She encouraged children to take up art from an early age.
"My mother was a dancer for a long time. We all grew up loving art," Evans once said.
His passion for performing in front of an audience began when he first saw his older sister, who had joined a theater company, singing and dancing on stage. A few years later, all the Evans siblings joined the theater company, and their mother Lisa even became an artistic director there.
In addition to inheriting her artistic talent, Chris also inherited his mother's sharp sense of humor. And thanks to their funny personalities, there never seems to be a dull moment in the Evans household. Both mother and son do not spare to communicate together even in public.
She gave him the best advice
Chris Evans was one step away from turning down the role in Captain America. Lisa was the one who wouldn't let him do it. He almost lost the role of his life.
"Are you going to act for the rest of your life? If you take this role, then you will have the opportunity. You'll never have to worry about paying the rent,” she told him, and Chris accepted the role.
She is always there to protect his back
When someone posted on IMDb that Chris was short, Lisa stepped in and responded: He was standing next to Chris Hemsworth, who would normally look short.
