Actor Michael Gambon has died in hospital at the age of 82.
He was known for playing Professor Albus Dumbledore in six of the eight Harry Potter films.
Michael also appeared in Fantastic Mr Fox, playing the role of French detective Maigret.
His widow and son said in a statement that the actor was suffering from pneumonia and died peacefully with his family.
