The flowers that have bloomed in Antarctica are not good news
Researchers in Italy have discovered that two types of plants have emerged and are spreading rapidly in Antarctica due to rising temperatures.
Specifically, from 2009 to 2018, their germination has increased by 154%.
This may sound cute at first glance. Flower, color, good scent, but it's actually a really bad sign, showing how climate change is disrupting the Antarctic ecosystem.
