Apple has released its first phone with artificial intelligence, the iPhone 16.
The new iPhone, unveiled Monday, has a camera button on the outside of the handset and comes with longer-lasting batteries, improved privacy features and a new "Apple Intelligence" tool.
Orders for the iPhone 16 series open on September 13, with regular sales starting on September 20.
Five color options are on offer - Ultramarine, Flash, Pink, Black and White
Vertically aligned cameras allow spatial recording of photos and videos for use with VR headsets.

The tech giant also announced a new Apple Watch and AirPods that can reject calls with a shake of the head.
Many of its new "Apple Intelligence" tools were announced in June and include new tools to write and create new emojis, as well as incorporating Chatgpt with Siri.
