Prince Harry and William commemorate Princess Diana on her birthday
Prince Harry and William have paid tribute to their late mother, Princess Diana, on her birthday, 25 years after her death.
At the award ceremony of the Diana Award, a worldwide philanthropic event named after the late princess Prince Harry, in front of 180 young philanthropists, he said:
"Today, we're reflecting on what would have been my mother's 61st birthday. And this year is also 25 years since her death. There isn't a day in two and a half decades that I haven't thought about the footprint she left. she left not only in me and my brother but in all of our lives.I see her legacy in all of you.
My mother instilled in me and in all of us a desire to speak out and fight for a better world. And now, as a husband and parent, my mother's voice is even stronger in my life.
I know that the memory I hold of her will never fade because I see her spirit in each of you.
While Prince William in a message to young philanthropists said: "I believe there is no better way to celebrate her life and work than to recognize extraordinary people who devote so much time and effort to helping people around them."
