The year 2022 was a record year for the companies run by Chiara Ferragni Fenice and Tbs Creë.
Fenice srl, 100% owned by Chiara Ferragni, closed 2022 with an income of 14.2 million euros and a turnover of 61 million. The objective for 2023, as general manager Fabio Maria Damato stated, is to go from 61 to 71 million. As for Tbs Creë, where 32.5% of the shares belong to Ferragni's own company Sisterhood, the figures speak of revenues that increased by +105% between 2021 and 2022, going from 7.1 million to 14.6 million euros.
In recent months, the entry of new shareholders has been hypothesized, but Chiara Ferragni has denied the sale of shares, also because there are many projects at play in the near future for the brand and for Fenice.
"I am sure of one thing and I would like everyone to be sure, within the company and financial operators, my shares are not for sale. Both companies are life and work projects, but also the evolution of a dream and a vision that I want to continue to grow together with the people who are close to me," explains Chiara Ferragni.
After the jewelry, which recorded a turnover of 11 million euros against the expected 5, the first perfume should arrive in the spring of 2024. But the real jump in quality will come in September next year, when the store opens see Chiara Ferragni in Rome.
"Fashion has always been my passion and will continue to be so, but I have also learned to consider it an entrepreneurial challenge, which I take forward and try to win thanks to a fantastic team and my family," says Ferragni.
