No more work from home. Amazon asks them to return to the office

Remote work ended. Amazon has issued a lengthy message to employees and asks them to return to the office for five days a week.
The email was written by the CEO himself, Andy Jassy.
From the pandemic until now, Amazon employees worked from the office 3 days a week. Now, with the new decision, employees have until January 2 to go to the office five days a week.
Amazon also plans to simplify its corporate structure by having fewer managers and more employees in order to flatten organizations.
