Episode of ZëmeMirënPodcast with doctor Artenisa Beqiraj

The success stories of Albanians abroad have always interested me in this podcast. They are successes that come from a sacrifice that is not easy to understand unless you experience it yourself. Even when they seem like fairy tales, even when they shine with talent and triumph, there is a pain inside everyone I have met. A kind of pledge for what you are always called "foreigner".

Artenisa Beqiraj, a cardiologist in Paris for 5 years, has brought this situation to life with precision. The success and the sacrifice. Along with a subtle analysis of life, of the opportunities that are given in countries with normal systems, where self-love is first and foremost cultivated in a wheelchair.

A place where people are born to be at the center of their lives, like in France.
It was a valuable conversation and where I learned new things about Parisian life. But especially there was an episode with a woman who found nothing ready, but built every opportunity on her own, since she was learning French in Vlora and until she managed to make the hospital in Paris where she was a resident in 2021 her own. There is no sweat and toil that goes unrewarded. Here, listen to Artenisa!
