And secondly that only what you have built yourself can you rely 100%.
When you enter into a relationship with a couple with a personal baggage, that baggage is the only real thing you can count on if life circumstances take an unwanted direction and this joint project ends. You will not be stuck in a relationship that does not make you happy, or even worse endangers your life. Do school, work and courses!
Buy a property! An apartment no matter how small and everywhere! With the savings you have collected you can make the necessary prepayment and the rest is financed by any bank. If you are afraid that you will not be able to repay the loan, rent the property. To be sure that in the end you will not have lost anything, you will only gain! The property will have increased in value over the years and will only be yours.
If I had a daughter, I would have given her this advice. But I have a son, whom I am teaching every day to choose such a girl. Strong women and girls are not to be feared. They are the silent but also the happy engine of any society! So be strong! Brave! Independent!
