The Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) has taken the former mayor of Divjaka, Fredi Kokoneshi, as a defendant.
Kokoneshi is accused of the criminal offense of "abuse of office".
Dorjan Spaho, Andi Bullari and Ledio Xharo have also been charged with the same criminal offense.
The case under investigation for the former mayor of Divjaka was referred by the Vlora Police and is related to several procedures for the rental of several properties.
