Besiana Kadare, the daughter of the writer Ismail Kadare, shared a rare photo from her parents' wedding on social networks. In the photo, Ismail and Helena Kadare are seen on the important day surrounded by their friends.
Naum Prifti and Dritëro Agolli can also be seen in the photo.
"Very rare photo from my parents' wedding in 1963. On the left, I can see Naum Prifti, on the right, in the corner, Dritëro Agollin. Mom tells me that dad went to pick up NçbElbasan with all his friends from the League of Writers. Then the wedding followed by a dinner and evening dance in Tirana, until the early hours of the morning, but unfortunately, although it sounds incredible, no photos have been preserved from the wedding party!!! The party has been described in detail by Elena in her book "Not enough time" memories.
