Just a few days later, the director of RTSH, Eni Vasili, gave a clear message: the festival is open to everyone, without age restrictions.
Vasili is also the originator of the return of the Spring Festival, an initiative that aims to revive a beloved tradition of Albanian Public Radio and Television.
