“Zjerm” is no longer just a song…
More than a song, "Zjerm" has already become a sensation, an energy, a rhythmic and emotional flame that is consuming everyone.
Not only Albanians around the world but also foreigners are singing on blogs and social media "shdrit shdrit, shdrit". A refrain that is being heard these days in the corridors of St. Jakobshalle, where artists from 37 participating countries are rehearsing for Eurovision 2025.

And there is an explanation why "Zjerm" is catching on with everyone. As the artists themselves, Beatriçe Gjergji and Kol Laca, analyze it, foreigners like the rhythm, the ethnic tribal element, which is the ciftelia and the rhythm with electronic tarabuk. "This rhythm works for all Europeans because it is a common tribalism. That's why we came to Eurovision with this material, where I harmoniously combined the traditional, electric and orchestral elements, so not with a pop that can be done anywhere but with an Albanian pop, which is not easily done elsewhere. "- explains Kola, while Beatriçe also gives weight to this song the beautiful tigulli that the Albanian language has. "Globally, our song is sincere and unique. It is an organic production that is being perceived by everyone and this confirms to me the fact that the melody creates emotions even without understanding the words."

From the many thanks and accolades they have received since the night they won the RTSH Song Festival, the artists of "Shkodra Elektronike" feel that they have not come to this Eurovision with their own song, but with the song that belongs to everyone. "People thank us. Many Albanians feel this as their victory. They have felt that this is not just our song. So today we feel that we are all going to Eurovision together."
