1200 soft loans approved in Tirana, new round of applications expected

Following the approval of 1,200 new soft loans for housing in Tirana, the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja, announced that the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation (MEKI) is planning new funds for a new round of applications for soft loans in Tirana.

This new round will provide opportunities for citizens who were not included in the first phase, mainly due to the lack of complete documentation.

Regarding the loans approved by the Tirana Municipal Council, a day earlier, Gonxha emphasized that the families and citizens declared winners will benefit from financial support from MEKI throughout the duration of the loan.

"MEKI is planning new funds for a new round of applications, which will give another opportunity to those who were not included this time due to documentation. The support continues! Social Housing is a priority," he said.
