Foreign tourists who visited Albania during 2024 spent 5 billion euros. On average, each tourist spent about 427 euros, including travel and accommodation.
Compared to 2023, tourist spending increased by 20%.
On the other hand, Albanians who chose to spend their holidays abroad spent 2.7 billion euros.
According to the Bank of Albania, which published this data in the balance of payments, in 2024 the country welcomed 11.7 million vacationers.
