Episode of ZëmeMirën with entrepreneur Fatmir Zymberi

I don't usually impose my opinions or readings on guests, but I believe this episode's guest will enter the hearts of many.
I have met many entrepreneurs, but Fatmir Zymberi brought a different energy: a philosophy of life, sincerity and a sense of justice. Popular and equally courageous.
He did not graduate from high school, but he completed the school of life and the strongest diploma remains character.
In 1985, a 21-year-old in a meeting with Berin, the Norwegian builder, tells him with conviction that he "knows it all". In fact, he knew nothing, but he was hungry for work and to succeed. And he succeeded.
He learned from the first 50 meters of fabric that he ruined, but above all he learned from the sincerity of the house he believes in, 37 years after starting his own company.
Listen to the story of a boy from Drenica who dared and reached where he did not even dream of. After Kosovo's Independence, he made a decision and left the yacht parked in Norway, along with the shares of the company that he divided equally between his brothers and chose to live in Kosovo.
Today he has thousands of employees, in JYSK, in Prishtina Mall, in KFC everywhere in the region, including, recently, Albania, where he is aiming to expand to the best positions, not only in Tirana but also in other cities. Guaranteeing quality and safety, in food, which as he explains, is called fast, not because it is cooked quickly (since the protocols are very strict), but because it is delivered quickly, to the client, who does not have to wait.
But I was reminded of a phrase he said about the success of his teams. I want to find it myself. The more I think about it, the more I believe that the secret is hidden there…
