Also, in many houses the Albanians have thought of putting out a Red and Black flag that waves in their windows. Through a post on social networks, the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, invites citizens to join the red and black parade on November 28 on the boulevard "Dëshmorët e Kombit".
