Why at the beginning of quarantine everything seemed easier

After a month or so in quarantine, impatience is felt. Many people at first seemed stronger. Maybe they hoped it would end sooner than they thought. So the advice of psychologists is always valid.
A psychotherapist explains why people now feel worse, more tired. The routine is to blame. The brain is tired of the long stay at home and is looking for new things. Moreover it is still in the air: what the future will be like.
In the beginning people had more adrenaline, more energy they were wasting along the way. There are also people who have just finished their studies, who have a degree in hand and were waiting to find a job, there are others who have just left one to find another and their disappointment needs to be understood.
Some feel cheated. Yes, exactly deceived. They are the ones who wait every day for good news, for a close date to get permission to leave the house freely. They find the air in the house heavy and they can barely breathe.
It is important to engage in activities throughout the day. Even if you are quarantined with people you don't like very much, who may be individuals with whom you simply share rent, or family members with whom you have a tense relationship, you need to be patient and have fun.
If you can, it would be good to fulfill a dream that you have had in the drawer for a long time. Something that can be done inside the doorstep. A painting, a novel, a musical composition.
