Kosovo Police have ordered all MPs, media and those present in the Parliament building to leave, as the constitutive session was expected to begin.
The police have not yet spoken about evacuating everyone from the Parliament building.
But, according to some MPs, it is a matter of security and a possible bomb threat.
"They gave us instructions to get out, because there is a possible threat. We don't know what is happening and they asked us to get out. The police told us about security issues," said Abelard Tahiri, a member of parliament for the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
