Naim Murseli killed his wife in his right mind

Naim Murseli was of sound mind, suffering neither from any psychological problems nor any addiction when his wife Liridona Ademaj was murdered.

The Institute of Forensic Psychiatry has completed the psychiatric evaluation of Naim Murseli, suspected of organizing and ordering the murder of his wife, Liridona Ademaj. According to the final report, Murseli has been declared fully responsible for the criminal offense he is accused of.

The medical examination concludes that he was in a fully conscious and responsible mental state at the time the serious event that shocked public opinion occurred at the end of 2023. This means that he was able to understand and control his actions and consequently could face the maximum penalty provided by law for such an offense.

This assessment is expected to have a direct impact on the ongoing legal process against him, as it excludes any possible claim of aggravated mental state as a mitigating circumstance.

We recall that Naim Murseli was arrested shortly after the serious incident, which was initially presented as a robbery with fatal consequences, but investigations later revealed that he had organized the execution of his wife for motives that are still unclear today.

Naim Murseli invited his wife and two young children to dinner. After dinner, they left in their car and on the outskirts of Pristina, assassins (ordered and paid by Murseli) ambushed them and killed Liridona.

Naim took the two young boys and left peacefully until he called the police and sold the incident as a robbery.

Shortly after Liridona Ademaj's funeral, it was revealed that the killers had eaten dinner at the same restaurant with them and had had phone conversations with Murseli.

These and other details became convincing evidence that Naim Murseli ordered and was present at his wife's execution.
