Private owners agree privately. Neither governments nor protesters decide. The rest is as it has been. The agency that deals with master plans asks for the mortgage whether you have it or not, whether you have an agreement with the owners on the mortgage or not.

Rama denied having prejudiced the judicial process, adding that his statements had to do with the fact that the property was returned many years ago and not by the current government.
"No, it's not true. I'll explain it now. I said that the property was returned generation after generation, it was returned many years ago, it wasn't returned by our government. And the returned properties are inherited properties, that's how the law works. Are there properties that were returned incorrectly? There are plenty, but I don't decide this, only the court decides. I'm sorry if you felt hurt, but you didn't understand me," Rama said.
