Applications are open for the soft loan provided by the Municipality of Tirana for young couples.
During his speech at the next hearing on the Tirana Municipality budget for 2025, Mayor Erion Veliaj once again called on young families and couples to apply to benefit from soft loan interests.
"We have just opened applications for a super program. I would like to thank Minister Gonxha and the Ministry of Economy, which updated property prices to 2024. We really gave soft loans before, but we had stuck to the prices of the first 10 years, when we started this work. For 1200 new couples, you can apply on e-Albania until January 13. From January 13, the commissions will verify with points all those who deserve it and I tell all administrative units to orient those couples that you have in your community and who want help, how to apply, to familiarize them with the basic documents that are needed", explained Veliaj.
